Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PureGlow experience. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Please note:

  • Only items purchased directly from pureglowonline.com are eligible for returns.

  • Gift cards, free items, and promotional giveaways are non-refundable.


How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at: pureglowstoredesk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  4. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete, please email us at pureglowstoredesk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after that time:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at pureglowstoredesk@gmail.com.


Late or Missing Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, email us at pureglowstoredesk@gmail.com and we’ll assist with tracking or re-shipping your order if necessary.


Order Fulfillment Notice

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
We do not ship or fulfill orders on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.


International Orders

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
However, please note that PureGlow is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred for international deliveries.
