At PureGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled. Please make sure to review all details (including the products, quantities, and shipping information) before confirming your purchase.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. The return window is based on the tracking information, not the order date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at [email] with your order details. Please note that the return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your returned item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PureGlow is not responsible for returned packages until they are received at our facility.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the return of your item if the return shipment is lost or misplaced.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the return is approved. The fee will be based on the total amount paid, including shipping fees. After the restocking fee, you will receive 85% of the total amount paid. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- PureGlow is not liable for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Risk of Loss
All purchases made at PureGlow are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you, the customer, once the carrier has successfully delivered the package as per the tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
General Information
- Allergic Reactions: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the item has caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition. We strongly encourage you to review the ingredients list for all products before purchase.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges for products, so please ensure that the items you are ordering are what you want before completing your purchase.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during promotional sales, special discounts, or clearance events are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
